[sims] CTF Import woes

I am trying to import KS2 data for a student we received in Year 9. The report says (name and number changed!!):

 

"Pupil Bloggs, Joe not imported as UPN (X862474523867) already exists for pupil Bloggs, Joe"

 

I had selected to update existing pupils only, so the UPN's supposed to match, isn't it? The file contains KS2 data. I cannot find any KS2 results in SIMS for this student. Any ideas how I get the data to go in? (The UPNs match in the import file and on SIMS. The names also match.)

Hi John, CTF's need several items to match before they will import. Ensure that the following are correct in the file:

 

 

FYI the forename and surname are the legal ones but are listed in the file as above.
