Outlook 2013 Storage Files Issue

Hi all,

 

I have a customer who uses the storage files within Outlook, his mailbox is shared with full access permission so that other users on the local network can use/access the storage folders.

 

Here's the issue: Now and again the sotrage folders disappear. but not the whole folder it'll list random folders and you can see whats in them and the rest have vanished, disabling cached mode you can see the sotrage folders again and access everything.

 

If you re-create the Mail profile It'll work again, but then randomly the folders below storage folders randomly disappear.

 

Ideally I don't want the customer phoning me at random times to repair the Outlook Profile....

 

 

Any Ideas ?
