PAC file. Send certain data through separate gateway?

Hi,

 

Have some ipads connecting to the net using a proxy auto config file which points to the LEAs proxy.

 

Problem is that Meraki wont connect through the proxy and port 80 is blocked for us.

 

We do have a seperate secret line that we use for the phone line and my computer that has port 80 open and has no filtering.

 

 

Is there any way for the wpad file to point Merakis data through this separate line without sending all data.

I Normally change the gateway to access.

 

 

Only way i can think of doing it so far is getting a proxy server like smoothwall/squid setup and then pointing the Merakis traffic to this proxy using the wpad file but means a extra server,
