How do you register an HP Server?

First HP server purchase. Trying to register the server against my HP Passport ID so that I can download the HP SPP that I need to get the HP Systems Management Homepage to work. I just cant figure it out.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Not sure about the registration, but you can download the latest SPP from HPs public FTP site.

Seems to have gone up to about 120Kbps with FileZilla, which I'm cool with as I'm in no rush
