MRBS - Blank Times and missing Month name after UPGRADE

Hi, very new to MRBS (inherited) - but was asked to upgrade to latest version. Upgrade appeared to go well but now on existing entries all times show EMPTY and where you see the months - all they say is 2015 and no MTWTFSS and no month name?

 

This has ONLY happened on one of the web calendars, the others updated without issue (and use same web server xampp)

 

The web calendar DID state it needed a time zone (so we put Europe/London / selected London in dropdowns within MRBS) - so this may have caused it, if the previous install somehow had a different timezone or wasnt set (as this message didnt come up on the ones that worked OK)

 

Anyone have any experience in MRBS that could help (very appreciated) - else suspect we will have to revert back very shortly
