MS Office Pro Plus 2013 KMS Activation Failed

Have successfully used MS Toolkit in past on same Windows 8.1 HP Envy laptop; had to do system restore and reload programs. Cannot activate MS Office Professional Plus 2013. Below are the messages I get when attempting (any help much appreciated):

Is this a genuine copy of Office?

 

The only reason I ask is because the programs you mentioned are commonly used by pirates.
