Health & safety reporting s/w

My school has decided they was to digitalise the reporting of accident, incidents etc.

 

Does anyone use or can recommend any software. Not a huge budget. Making speculative calls to some software providers has come back with £15k. That's too much.

I'd been looking for some software to do something similar at home and came across "WebIssues" to log issues with my son at his school

(WebIssues | Issue tracking and team collaboration system)

 

It's free, runs on Apache/Mysql and has a desktop client

 

It's relatively simple to setup once you get to grips with the terminology and runs quite well

That's a great bit of kit! Just installed it and had a play, think i'll be using this for our place

Check your MIS. It's built in to SchoolBase, for example.
