Library software

I am at my wits end with microlib not being able to get it working how it should so am looking for some advise what to replace it with.

 

Our current issue has been going on since February 2014.

 

We keep paying the support renewals and even the latest with a sizeable increase and yet still having issues.

 

What do you recommend?

Was great on the old old version since upgrading to the iis version it's all gone belly up

Only ever used MicroLib I'm afraid, so can't comment on any other solutions. I'm sure more answers will pop up soon!

So you're not on the 'cloud' version then?

Whats the problems? We didn't move over to the "Black" version from the Blue/White version until we went to BETT as we heard all sorts of problems. To be fair, this version hasn't been as bad a I thought.

Lots of reporting problems now fixed, but the stock check barcode reader hasn't worked on the blue or black version.

Such a shame. I thinkt he writing is on the wall for MicroLib since it was purchased by capita. Look happened to IEP writer!
