GAFE Gmail group member emails 'Bouncing'

We have a GAFE gmail user whose account was suspended for a while then re-enabled (a temp. member of staff who returned basically). They can login to their email and send/received as themselves, but they do not receive any emails sent to groups of which they are a member.

 

I've double checked all of the group membership and its all correct - they receive emails sent directly to them as well. When I look at their account in the Groups admin console I see their status is 'Bouncing' which is a new one on me!

 

Is there a way to reset this? I can't seem to find a way to manually do this myself.

Its ok - I've found out how to do it.

 

Get the use to go to http://groups.google.com/groups/bounced and then check their 'Bounce Status'. From there they can reset it themselves.

 

No way for an admin to do it - very bizarre little google quirk!
