We currently have a vacancy for a crucial role of ICT Technician as one key part of our ICT Support Team. Thisgroup of talented individuals ensure that our School has the very best in ICT systems and processes. Supportinglearners, staff and leaders, the position will be part of a supportive and caring team with a can-do attitude. The jobis about people and computers, and not the other way round. Our School has a wonderfully warm, calm andcaring feeling as soon as you walk through the doors.Day to day duties will include troubleshooting and resolving issues for desktops, laptops, servers, iPads,projectors, and interactive whiteboards.

You will ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is deliveredat all times throughout the life cycle of all IT service requests, as well as documenting steps taken to resolveissues. You will have excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate must have:

 Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 7

 Good knowledge of computer hardware Basic knowledge of networking

 A logical approach to problem solving

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP would be an advantage
