Auto fill website credentials to launch .ICA session

Bare with me here...

 

An external company provides us with till software for 15 different locations. The till software is a published app through a citrix connection from their servers.

 

They current provide 15 different .exe files (made with (WinAutomation) which is basically a macro which launches the browser, logs in, and opens the published app.

 

Unfortunately this no longer works since we have implemented AppLocker and some other issues due to a new x64 bit machine. We cannot put excemptions in AppLocker as 1 file the exe references is cmd.exe and another is in the users temp folder which is only created when launched. Logging in manually using the Citrix Gateway URL works fine but the .exe doesn't.

 

We can't ask the users to login manually each time as there a different logins depending on the location they are at so they are used to just loading the .exe for that location.

 

Can anyone think of a way to automate the logon and app launch process with stored credentials?
