In our environment, we have a mix of Windows 7 workstations and think clients. We are in the process of moving redirected user files to a new server. New GPO's have been created to change the location of folder redirection (appdata, my documents, desktop, etc). I've setup a couple of new users in a test group to test out the new policies.

When I login on a workstation, the folder redirection works correctly. My documents and etc point to the new server. The Libraries work as expected with My Documents listed under Documents along with Public Documents.

When I login into via a thin client - the Libraries doesn't contain the redirected folders. Only the Public Documents is listed. I am not able to save any files in the documents library as it tells me there are no folder created (or similar error).

The new GPO's are essentially the same as the old ones that work in both cases in both environments with the old server. I've been scouring the forums and internet for hours. I feel like I am missing something obvious. Is it a permissions issue? Other ideas?
