iTALC Help Request - Cannot add a user from different location / PC

Hi all,

 

I know iTALC is... not the best. But I'm installing it for a family friend as he wants to keep an eye on his kids. The problem I'm having is when trying to add permissions (on the client machine) I cannot add my user account on the master PC as it doesn't show up under locations when trying to add it. All that appears under locations is the client PC.

 

Sorry if this is poorly explained, iTALC has confused me like never before. Hoping someone experienced with it can help out.

Fixed my own issue because I'm borderline retarded sometimes. You must create an account with the same username/password on the client machine and add that to permissions.

 

Please lock/hide/delete if needed.
