Windows Server 2012 RDWEB Slow to login & domain device issues

Windows Server 2012 RDWEB Slow to login & Domain joined laptops away from the network cant login at all!

 

Configuring Remote Session takes an age for no reason - whens its connected its like lightning

 

Domain joined devices away from the domain simply will not connect at all - I'll dig out the screen shots - but non domain devices can access fine - albeit slow to connect

 

Any ideas?

Forgot to add, I have 1 x VM for each of the follow:

 

Connection Broker

Database

Gateway

Web Access

 

I then have x 6 VMs for Remote Desktop Hosts
