Advice for new cameras for producing music videos for GCSE Media Studies needed

Could anyone please help? Looking for two cameras (around £50-60) that will be easy for students to use to film and download with. We have just had a camera stolen and need to replace quickly with a smaller budget!

 

Also is there any student-friendly free movie making software (other than windows movie maker) anyone would recommend?
