our old CFO has created an excel document that populates its tables via an ODBC connection to our financial software.

She has since left, and the new CFO is trying to use this document.

I am 100% clueless about ODBC connections etc, but what I have been able to ascertain is that the document will only allow access when logged in as the old CFO, on her specific desktop, that has a specific name.

Is there an easy way for me to analyze the document connections and try to understand what is going on?
