No HP ILO IP address on DL320e Gen8

Hi there,

 

I recently purchased an HP DL320e Gen8 server with Server 2012 R2.

I noticed from the sticker on the side noting the ILO configuration that there is no IP address for this model.

 

It has:

Server Serial

Username

DNS Name

Password

 

How can I connect to this? I am used to having an IP address.

Plug it in, DHCP gives it an IP address normall then you connetc to that. Just look in DHCP for the DNS name ont he label.

 

That's how I usually connect to the iLo anyhow.
