Google Apps Quick Question

Hey Guys,

 

I have setup and confirmed our domain in Google Apps for Education. I have also setup all users. Though I don't want to go "live" with it all just yet as some staff here have setup their own Google account via our domain and have got calendars that the whole school uses on these accounts.

 

So question is this, if I go live with it all now does this mean that the users that have already made Google accounts under our domain name will loose all their calendars or will it just transfer over?

 

Sorry it's kind of hard to explain, hopefully one of you can help me though!?

What do you mean go live?

 

If you've already configured (do you mean created, or configured a sync but not yet run it?) the user accounts - then you're as good as live now - just need to distribute the logon details to the users.

 

I think it would help to know how the staff have setup their own accounts on your domain. Do they have a [email protected] address?
