It's a chapter from Alayne's POV (i.e. Sansa in disguise) at the Eyrie, showing her with Robert Arryn and Petyr Baelish. I'm only about 20% through, so I can't tell you more than that yet.

I've read 1-5 but not really interested so much in 6 and 7 now the TV series has caught up and is starting to diverge a bit more. I'll probably get back to the books once (if) both 6 and 7 have been released...

I think the tv series has started to go off canon and speed through a fair whack of it now myself, kept wondering where coldhands was, that being said its not exactly an interesting passage released onto the website I thought, Sansa is the weaker of the main PoV characters and an endless victim.
