Error logging into HAP

Hi All,

 

We're using HAP v10 and we're having issues logging on. It was working fine then all of a sudden stopped logging users in.

 

error we get (the username and password are correct).

 

Either your username or password is incorrect or you do not have permission to access this site.

 

Error in application log.

 

An error occurred in Home Access Plus+

Page: HAP+ Logon

Home Access Plus+ Logon

username:a-user

State: Invalid

 

Any ideas?

Hi Nick,

 

Yes it was domain info that was missing for strange reason on the hapconfig.xml file. I re-did the steps to setup the ad link in the setup and we're back to normal.
