From what I've read there is still no support for creating ticket views based on multiple conditions if they require and AND/OR. What I am trying to do is get a ticket view which which can be used to show all open tickets for (multiple)specific people. The closest I came was that a view can be created on jobs that are open AND not user 1 AND not user 2...but this seemed a really messy way of doing it.

What I am trying to do is create a technician queue with all open tickets assigned to technicians and a server queue with open tickets assigned to server managers. The idea being that should any member of staff be off while a ticket is being worked on, it is then fairly easy for someone else to pick it up without having to go searching for it. The way we currently do it is have user created as technician which jobs get assigned to and then people take jobs from that queue into their own. But doing it this way means if you are looking for an open job you could end up jumping between multiple queues to find a ticket if someone has already picked it up. The Open tickets view is not really a suitable solution as it is populated with LOTS of tickets.

I know we can run reports, but the ticket view just seems like a nice way of being able to do it, but I can't see how.
