Https scanning on Nexus 7

Hi Guys, Just wanted to ask if any of you have enabled HTTPS scanning in conjunction with your nexus devices. We use this on our chromebooks and windows devices on student machines. However when i install our self signed Https cert to an nexus, the apps don't work but the chrome browser does. If i remove Https filtering from our web filter it works fine. However i have to enable https filtering for students.

 

We have Google apps for education and use Google drive, so we don't allow students to use personal gmail accounts as our policies aren't enforced on them. We use https to help us out here. This is just one example.
