Impero policy not applying to laptops?

Hi,

 

Our school has an impero policy that searches for a specific web url and then blocks access to it. Whilst this operates fine on desktop machines, it does not on laptops. Therefore, students are able to continue to access the website when using a laptop.

 

Any suggestions?

Is the version of the client on the laptop up to date?

Do the laptops sit on another VLAN?
