AMLinington Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 3 words are all that are required here: 'Best. Courier. Ever' Seriously, I love DPD. Half the reason I still fork out for Amazon prime is how frequently they use DPD to deliver my stuff.
rich_tech Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 These are the best couriers in our country. Stat. I believe. Ordered myself a shiny iPhone 6+ yesterday and it arrived by the second to the slot I was given, same as ever service you get from them.
Arthur Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 (edited) DPD is the way forward, there is also another courier (cannot find name) who are very similar and don't know if its a sub company of DPD cannot fault. Are you thinking of Interlink Express? They are owned by GeoPost, who also own DPD. I have a parcel being delivered by Interlink tomorrow and noticed their e-mail was identical to DPDs so I checked. TechMonkey Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 Always bugged me, that did. DPD deliver a lot of our replacement laptop parts and I'll watch him on the map.. He'll be one side of town, then 20 minutes later the other, then back on the first side, then up at the top, then down to the bottom, etc. So he's passed our school umpteen times by this point.. The tracking is a nice feature, but I think they need to fire their logistics guys! Reminds me of reading about the UPS no left turn policy. They did a study and found idling waiting to cross traffic used up loads of time and fuel, so by only ever turning right, even going a longer route, more packages could be delivered and fuel used. When in doubt: UPS avoids left turns Quite Interesting.
