Mesh problems with ScratchGPIO7 and Pi B+

I’ve trying to run Scratch GPIO7 on my B+ to control the Unicorn Hat (Pimoroni). I am sshing into the Pi via my Mac. When I run an LXSession and get the screen up I cannot get the Scratch program to run. It opens an X11 window with (something_I_cant_Remember).image and nothing else. Switching back to the command line gives lots of “There was an error connecting to Scratch! I couldn’t find a Mesh session at host: 127.0.0.1, port: 42001″. I have updated and upgraded my Pi, but still no joy.

 

Any other ideas?

Sorry for delay in reading this!

Scratch is a GUI prog so you need to VNC in rather than SSH to a LX Terminal session

 

To install an X11 server - i recommend my little installer script
