I need to find a way of tracking school trips on SIMS, so we can run reports showing the students attending each trip alongside any other student information e.g. medical, PP, SEN. The best way I can think to do this is to set up a new user defined field to show on the student details page. However, I would need to be able to tick multiple trips throughout the academic year. I don't want a long list of all previous and current school trips being shown on every student page. Is there any better way of doing this?

How about user defined groups? You can add the student information in a report in the group focus and filter it by the group name.

You could use aspects, set up a template, then add a marksheet that is available to all staff (I would use Discover Dynamic Groups for this).

Alternatively you could use aspects & set up a SIMS Net Report that is available for everyone to run.
