Windows Shares / PCs not showing in Yosemite Finder

Is anyone else having this issue?

 

On Mountain Lion and Mavericks I can see all the Windows machines in Finder when I click on All... or just there in the Shared section of the sidebar but on Yosemite (10.10.2) they don't show up. All the Mac (I guess bonjour) machines do.

 

When I do Go->Connect to Server... The server I connect to show up in the sidebar or if I create a shortcut in the dock. Any ideas why they might not be showing in Finder normally or how I could fix it?

I got this to work so for anyone else wondering:

 

Chose a domain controller.

Start->Services.msc

Go to "Computer Browser" and start the service.
