Migrating Zimbra to Google Apps for Education

We are currently looking to migrate our Zimbra system to Google Apps for Education. Anyone have experience with this? We have been testing the tool Google provides for doing this with mixed results (works on some users, crashes terribly on others).

We are currently looking into this as we too are moving to G-mail via GAFE, we currently run Zimbra 8.5 and it seems there are various ways of doing this depending on how your Zimbra e-mail server is setup.

 

We do have the added bonus of being able to run the GApps from a block on our Moodle VLE which integrates with both our AD and Sims so this might be a get out of jail free for us (Hopefully) but whichever way we go I will let everyone know.
