Google Chrome not opening

I work in a school and support 1200 students. We are having a problem that google chrome fails to open when student click on the application, I have read that it is do with the google chrome user profile, could anyone suggest anything i can do to fix this?

Where do you store the chrome user profile?

It's stored on the local machine in \Users\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome

We are having a similar problem here. We are using GAfE. A couple of users have reported that if they have a profile on our network and they try to log in at home, Chrome crashes on them, and vice versa. Allegedly, removing their Chrome profile locally appears to allow them to log in at home. Or if they don't log into Chrome at one location, they don't have a problem at the other location.

 

We only have a couple of reports of this Chrome "roaming" profiles issue (so far) but we don't really know what to do about it at this time.
