Restrict user logon location (ie. administrator external)

Hi

 

Is it possible to restrict the location a user can login to HAP, for example restricting the Administrator account to be able to login on an internal IP range only or denying an account from being able to login in some other way completely (that's easily alterable by modifying the config file in someway to remove the restriction)?
