Registration Certificate Report

Does anyone if it's possible to run off a series of Registration Certificates in SIMS based on a specific filter - such as percentage attendance?

The actual Registration Certificate / Official Register reports don't have those filters, but many of the others do. Does it have to be the Registration Certificate?

You could do it though with a bit of a workaround.

 

In discover generate a graph showing pupils above/below x% attendance (You could also create a custom group inside SIMS)

NB - to do this you may need to fiddle slightly with the graph display setting intervals for discover in the "Discover Admin App"

Now make a dynamic group dragging the correct data point from the graph you just created onto it.

Wait a couple of minutes for the group to sync back into SIMS

In SIMS run the registration certificate report.

Choose Discover groups from the dropdown menu

Double click the group you just created.
