Replicated server and scripts to add printers auto in domain

Hi ,

So i have an office 1 with windows server 2008 installed and a domain name xx

I want to install a replicated server in another office 2 with the same domain

There's already a vpn tunnel between the 2 offices .

 

All computers are windows 7 32 bit

 

How can i set the replicated server ?

What is the script for identifying users in office 2 ?

 

How can i add printers automatically when users joins to the domain in office 2?
