simple forwarding problem

Hi all,

 

I have a rule on my Outlook that when the body or subject contain "xxx xxx" then forward to an internal email address and also a mail contact (my hotmail address). However my hotmail never gets the email. In the Exchange tracking log it shows the email being forwarded to the internal address but nothing regarding the mail contact?

 

Any help?
