pcstru Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 I'm looking for a supplier who will provide 2/3rd line support for sharepoint. There are a few issues crop up over a year which we seem to struggle with. Ideally I'd like a sensible service provision that doesn't work out at £1000 per call but equally is not so expensive on a per call basis that we are scared to pick up the phone! Does anyone have any recommendations?
