printer firmware error - 900.57 -

I have a strange error where on our Dell 2330 printers when printing from the web or office 365 they give 900.57 firmware error. This only seems to have happened we upgraded to IE11. We have the latest dell firmware for the printers and the latest drivers. Anyone seen this or got a fix?

Fixed the issue. On print server had the choose between Dell 2330cn and Dell 2330, we had the wrong one selected! Do’h.

Awesome! I was getting Firmware Error 900.57 on my Dell 2360dn at work. The printer recommends restarting, I powered down Twice and waited more than 10 seconds but Error remained. I checked the queue and sure enough, there was a job sent from the browser(IE11). I Deleted the pending jobs and restarted the Print spooler service. Powered down the printer and back up again and all is well.
