Asomodai Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Hiya. One of my staff insists that when they created an email and changed the "From" account and saved as a draft, it would save into that accounts Draft folder. Right now what it is doing is saving to the draft folder for their own account. Is there any way of making this happen? Or does that functionality not exist? Cheers!
X-13 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Or does that functionality not exist? The ability to randomly save draft emails into a different account? I doubt that has EVER been a function.

Not so much randomly, but whenever the From box was chosen to be from the other account they use. She insists this worked before.
X-13 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Not so much randomly, but whenever the From box was chosen to be from the other account they use. Randomly in the sense of "without their knowledge". Unless you have access to both mailboxes it isn't something you can do. She insists this worked before. We have staff that insist they used to be able to access their files at home. It isn't true.
synaesthesia Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Fairly sure that's true; if there are 2 accounts in Outlook, sending an email or saving a draft would go to the relevant account's Sent/Drafts folders. Outlook 2010 and 2013 has a different way of doing it where there's a shared mailbox for all accounts I believe - may be worth checking that.
