CC4: Force user to save to a specific folder

Hello All,

 

The Bursar has asked that a member of staff be forced to save their work in a folder that the Bursar has access to. How would one go about doing this?

Create a new user type (I would clone staff) and under General> Specify where personal data should be stored; change any relevant directories to a shared location. Possibly a new folder in T: with restricted access for just the intended users.
