JustinD1980 Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 Hopefully someone can help. I've got an M600 Smartboard that's less than 6 months old. It's suddenly showing a Bootloader error within the Smartboard software. The board itself is showing all the lights on the front as attached picture. The lights all go on as soon as it's plugged in and never go off. The board itself doesn't register anything other than being connected with the computer. I've tried a firmware update but everything is showing as normal except that the board isn't working. After software and driver reinstalls it seems to me it's the firmware or hardware at fault. How do I force a reinstall of the firmware?
Grey-gear Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Hello @JustinD1980, if it less than 6 months is the board not under warranty? I think to install firmware from the hardware settings in the tools for smartboard (sorry been a long time since I did a firmware update on a smartboard)
