JHLEHS Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 One thing I would check first, make sure that C:\ProgramData\Solus 3 has full access permissons I had issues when deploying to machines because the new Solus agent reset these permissions. What version of Solus Agent are you running?
Techdw Posted January 15, 2015 Author Posted January 15, 2015 Already checked that and it has Everyone full access. Solus is 3.7.837.0
Cache Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Does that file actually exist in the path it's looking for? If not, you may need to redownload the update (and it might be worth telling it to redownload the update anyway just in case)
Lakram Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Is your Update Repository on a separate drive (e.g. D:\) by any chance? I've had exactly the same issue on one school (out of 19) and Capita couldn't find anything wrong. I moved the repository to the C: drive and everything started working immediately. I had the same permissions on both drives, so still no idea why it was being blocked on the D: 1
Techdw Posted January 22, 2015 Author Posted January 22, 2015 OK managed to get the update. I downloaded all the previous updates again and then the new one and it worked. Only problem now is Solus wont deploy to the machines. Tried telnet 52966 and 52965 and says connect failed. Any ideas on this?
bossman Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 @Techdw: Windows firewall on clients and server not configured or stopping connection?
