Office 365 user cound License management.

I've run out of pupil licenses! HOW? I have 752 pupils (currently) and 815 licences for student proplus.

 

Dirsync monitors only the pupils & teachers OU, so when my disabled pupils are moved outside of that OU (by me) effectively deleting them from O365... This happened months ago. (during new intake) so why am I licence short? Do I not get them back? I applied for new licences (to renew the 815) but I'm still short.

 

I've searched to see if old pupils account are on O365 and they are not.... How do I approach this problem. The reports are of no help with this and I don't know why the azure things exists at all.

 

I'd like a report just saying how many pupils I have. I've configured the search stuff but it too limited.
