Presto Printing and Saving problem

Hi

 

We have Presto for printing and file printing to file, we have a problem where when you sent a pictures for example from an ipad is says there is a problem and the print has failed and it retries, but the print has been sent and their can be aload of the same pictures printing or waiting to print or the folder on the server which it saves the file to has the same picture aload of times.

 

Has anyone go this program and had this problem?
