IT Technician

37 hours per week, all year round

Scale 4 (18 – 21)

£17,714 - £19,742 per annum

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with IT and has good interpersonal, fault finding and diagnostic skills to work within the educational sector. Working within the Academy’s ICT Services team, duties will include general troubleshooting, hardware & software installation, routine maintenance, and general ICT administration tasks. Experience of working in schools would be advantageous.

 

You will have good written and oral communication skills, good time management and organisation skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to use initiative and work under pressure and the ability to work closely with other team members.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate how their previous experience has prepared them for this role.
