I can't help but wonder why you want to overclock... Fair enough if you had a mediocre system, but by the sounds of it your rig should play most things perfectly find the way it is.

Why reduce the life span of your components for only bragging rights/high stats?

How do you manage that ? A greased weasel lol

 

65-70 is after about 5 hours of gaming to be honest. It sits fine on 50 - 60 on ultra on most games for about 2 hours or so.

Overclocked it to 4.6Ghz stable yesterday. Did a lot of gaming on it today and it's all been very good :) I have put the Voltage onto adaptive to make sure when my computer isn't sitting there it's not always using 1.3v it goes down to a lot less when idleing and the same with clock speed can go right down to stock and only goes to 4.6Ghz when it's under load. Now just gotta look into my GPU :)

Nice. Did you just ramp up the vol to 1.3 and hit it stable?
