My laptop is not working properly. When i try to connect it to dial up it says something like "modem not working

All settings seem to be ok. Any ideas on what I can check?

Just a couple of points here simonti, first, you seem to have posted this in the wrong forum, and second, if you're representative of the sort of person that exam-builder turn out I suggest you ask for your money back.

Use another computer, like the one used to post your message, to email exam-builder and get your money back

Check the drivers are installed, up to date and are enabled.
