IFS School of Finance exam software problems. Exam in 2 days HELP!

Hi

 

We had to upgrade our IFS administrator software and we are now unable to connect to the IFS's exam server and book / take exams. We have a live exam we need to run on Monday and running out of time to find a fix.

 

All installed a dream but just wondering if anyone else uses it and had problems getting it to connect to their servers?

 

I have our LEA looking into it as they manage our internet and firewall but drawing blanks at the moment.

 

Any tips would be great thanks.

We also had an issue with the IFS e-test software after the upgrade as well although our problem was down to having an separate (although trusted) Admin & Curriculum Domain.

Admin Domain - Has the exams officer's PC running e-test Admin

Curriculum Domain - Has the e-test Server & e-test Clients

 

For us we just need to add the exams officer's PC on to the DNS entries on the Curriculum domain and Server details to the Admin domains DNS.

e-test doesn't appear to like FQDN.
