ICT Support Technician

 

(£15,000 – £18,000 p.a. depending on experience)

 

Danes Hill School is an independent preparatory school in Oxshott, Surrey. We wish to appoint an ICT Support Technician to join our IT team.

You will have good communication skills and be proficient in supporting a Microsoft Windows based network. Knowledge of educational environments would be an advantage.

 

Your varied duties will require working closely with teachers, pupils and administrative staff as well as helping with Reprographics at peak times. Experience/ knowledge of ITIL would be an advantage as would exposure to an ITIL compliant helpdesk solution.
