Disable Read write to USB

Hi everyone

 

was hoping some advice with this, i have disabled Read/Write to removable disks and WPD devices through group policy and its working perfect but i was wondering is it possible with this setting enabled can i give access to specific devices for individuals?

 

for instance if i have a certain memory stick (say admin) and i want anyone to be able to read write to this can i add the GUID to an exception list which allows people to use this specific memory stick?
