Does anyone recognise the Moodle component powering this quiz?

Does the site mention anything about using Moodle? I know the company will host Moodle installs for schools but this quiz doesnt seem to be a 'Moodle' Quiz?

 

Its written using mootools?

Yeah, I think you're right, looking at the HTML! Silly me.

 

Does anyone know of anything similar for Joomla or Moodle though?
