ESP is managing the recruitment process for this service desk position and we are looking for a dedicated and hardworking team player to join the 3BM SIMS Support Team based in the Shepherds Bush/Hammersmith area

 

This is a SIMS helpdesk role and is advertised as a full-time position, although term-time only working may be considered.

 

The successful applicant will have a basic understanding of SIMS software or similar education MIS, be knowledgeable about schools data/MIS, have experience of working in or with schools, a willingness to work for the benefit of the whole mutually led company, and a “can do” attitude.

 

The basic duties of the role include providing high quality support to schools via helpdesk and remote support links, admin support to the SIMS team, providing written notes, assisting with training delivery, various other team duties commensurate with this post
