Colour consistency - Corel draw x4

I am tearing my hair out with this.

 

On Corel Draw on my PC, the colours are miles out - the 'Christmas' colour palette shows lime green - so I think my PC is the 'wrong' one as the rest of school shows more 'festive' greens.

 

If I have created something on my PC and save the image, it saves, and opens, on other machines as lime green coloured jpg (and vice versa). But then sometimes it changes...it's so strange I can't even put into words the issue. I've tried reinstalling Corel but no difference.

 

I wouldn't mind if it was just a little out, but this is absolutely miles out in colour difference.
